All bookings are subject to availability of accommodation.
A 50% deposit secures your reservation pending total amount due is to be paid 24 hours before arrival. Children above 12 serve as adults.

Cancellation policy
Less than 14 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total deposit will be forfeited.
15 – 28 days prior to arrival 75% of the total deposit will be forfeited.
29 + days prior to arrival 50% of the total deposit will be forfeited.
No show – deposit and full amount forfeited.
Less people arriving than booked for – full quoted amount still payable.
